A simple guide to choosing between a KSh 250,000 50×100 plot and a KSh 590,000 100×100 plot at Nova Ridge City, and how the 8-month payment plan works.

Nova Ridge City is our flagship Makuyu project: ready-to-build plots with ready title deeds, just 5 minutes' drive from the Kenol–Marua Highway. The most common question we get is which plot size to choose.

The 50×100 plot — KSh 250,000

A 50×100 plot is enough for a comfortable family bungalow with a garden, or a compact block of rental units. It is the ideal first plot for a young family or a first-time investor.

The 100×100 plot — KSh 590,000

A 100×100 gives you twice the room: space for a maisonette plus servant quarters, a kitchen garden, or room to subdivide or build more rentals later. Many buyers choose it because land is the one thing you cannot add once neighbours have built around you.

How the payment plan works

Pay a 30% deposit to secure your plot, then clear the balance in installments over 8 months. On a 50×100 plot that is a KSh 75,000 deposit. Once you complete payment, your title is processed in your name.
